Registration Agreement |

| This Registration Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of FreeRentAd.com's (“FreeRentAd”) renting advertisement and bidding services, as well as other FreeRentAd related services. In this Agreement "you" and "your" refer to each customer/member and "we", "us" and "our" refer to FreeRentAd. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and explains your obligations to us for various FreeRentAd services. By selecting our service(s) you have agreed to establish an account with us for such services. When you use your account or permit someone else to use it to post advertisments or otherwise acquire access to additional FreeRentAd service(s) or to cancel your FreeRentAd service(s) (even if we were not notified of such authorization), this Agreement covers such service or actions. By using the service(s) provided by FreeRentAd under this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. | ||

1. Our Services. |

FreRentAd offers
posting,searching and bidding of location rent related
advertisements, currently for the country of Malaysia. Members will have rights for posting and bidding services offered once they register. You agree and acknowledge that FreeRentAd is not liable or responsible in any way for any errors, omissions or any other actions by our administrator arising out of or related to you. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FreeRentAd.com and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages and reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of, or related to, your posting and bidding services we offer to you. |

2. Account Information and its Use. |

a. Information You Are Required to
Submit. As part of the registration process, you are required
to provide certain information and to update this information
promptly as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate.
The information you are obligated to provide in connection to
be use for posting advertisements are as the following: i. Your name, e-mail address, voice telephone number You agree and acknowledge that when you post new advertisements, the type of information you are required to provide may have changed. You are obligated to update your particulars. b. Your Obligations Relating to the Account Information. In the event that, in posting an advertisement, you are providing information about or on behalf of a third party, you hereby represent that you have (a) provided notice to that third party of the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this Agreement, and (b) that you have obtained that third party's express consent to the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this Agreement. You acknowledge that willfully providing inaccurate information or willfully failing to update information promptly will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be sufficient basis for immediate cancellation of your advertisement prior to complaints from other members or responses to your advertisements. You further agree that your failure to respond for over ten (10 ) calendar days to inquiries by FreeRentAd concerning the accuracy of contact details associated with your registration shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be sufficient basis for cancellation of the advertisement, all other advertisements related to your account and termination to your member's account shall also be considered. You acknowledge that the advertisement information you provide can be edited, deleted by the moderators of our site at any time for any purpose deem appropriate by us such as censorship of vulgar languages, spamming, etc. You acknowledge that final bidding price quotes and information from respondents of your advertisements are between you and the respondent and we shall not be held responsible for any inaccurate information. However, we shall assist in bidding and price disputes when requested by our members and will offer them last updated information regarding their bidding, price, advertisement information to assist them in their dispute. The advertising member shall make the final decision to select the winning bidder and a close bid e-mail will be send to 3 parties, the originating advertising member, the winning bidder, and FreeRentAd moderators. By doing that, the advertisement shall be closed and only your close bid e-mail will be proof of reference for the advertisement. The advertising member can delete the bidding advertisement at any given time, even after announcing the final wining bidder and the advertisement status is "close". We strongly advice you that you retain that particular close bid e-mail carefully so that it can be use for reference during negotiations with the other party. We retain close bid e-mail history for a duration of 3 months. During this period, request for copies can be made by members, but it shall be our right for the final decision to present it to you. We stress that by no means any posted prices shown ( be it rent prices or bid prices) that originates from advertisements posted by members in this website is of the final offer price, and this is an issue between the advertising member and the respondents. You acknowledge
that we cannot be hold responsible for errors to services we
offer you, such as not receiving your closing bid e-mail due to
unavoidable problems such as mail server down. However, we can
review your complaint and consider solving your problems.

3. Ownership of Information and Data. |

| You agree and acknowledge that FreeRentAd owns all database, compilation, collective and similar rights, title and interests worldwide in our advertisement database, and all information and derivative works generated from the advertisement database. | ||

4. Announcements. |
||
| We reserve the right to distribute information to you that is related to the quality or operation of our services and those of our service partners. These announcements will be predominately informative in nature and may include notices describing changes, upgrades, new products or other information to add security or to enhance your identity on the Internet. | ||

5. Limitation of Liability. |
||
| YOU AGREE THAT FREERENTAD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY (1) SUSPENSION OR LOSS OF ADVERTISMENT FROM OUR SERVICE IN YOUR NAME, (2) USE OF YOUR ADVERTISEMENT, (3) INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, (4) ACCESS DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO OUR SITE OR THE WEB SITE(S); (5) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ACTS OF GOD (6) DATA NON-DELIVERY, MIS-DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (7) EVENTS BEYOND FREERENTAD'S CONTROL; (8) THE PROCESSING OF THIS APPLICATION; (9) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR ACCOUNT IDENTIFIER OR PASSWORD. | ||

6. Infancy. |
